You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our mobile applications or web systems, except where permitted by applicable mandatory law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any portion of the software.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the applications to third parties without prior written consent from Om Software.
• Circumvent or disable any digital rights management (DRM), license verification, or security features.
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software, applications, branding, logos, visual interfaces, documentation, and underlying code are and shall remain the exclusive property of Om Software and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

5. Application Updates & Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and update our software regularly to enhance functionality, improve security, and maintain compatibility with modern Android OS releases. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application or service feature at any time without prior notice.

OM SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL CODE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OM SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

8. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or Om Software. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the applications in your possession. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing business contracts, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
